Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form

A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade or independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last good.

You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for examining their condition, characteristics, and functionality.

General Information

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging, with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please do not return the goods postage due.
Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
